Sphere Cylinder Axis Prism Base and the Distance O.D and Distance O.S distance for each of them.

All my prescription says is:
OD: -2.00-0.50×140
OS: -2.00-0.25×044

Help?!
but the info i do have.. what numbers are what? i mean, which is Sphere Cylinder Axis ect??

Will http://www.justlenses.com/ call the doctor where I got my prescription from and cancel my order if they find out it’s from 2004?
I just got an eye exam a couple of weeks ago. My prescription has not changed. I just don’t have enough money to get that exam done and I need contacts for one day for an event.
