Is it safe to buy Metformin and Clomid generically?

I was wondering if I would be safe to buy Metformin and Clomid generically online, without a prescription, since I can’t afford to go to an RE right now. Anyone on these medications right now? What are the side effects, REALLY? How much of each do you take, and when do you start the Clomid, I’ve heard CD 5-10 or 4-9? I just want to be informed before I order these, if at all! Thanks!
Are prescription drugs safe to buy in Mexico?

I have a prescription for Renova cream but my insurance won’t cover it because it’s considered ‘cosmetic.’ It’s also very expensive to buy here in the US. Would I be able to purchase the same cream at the online Mexican pharmacies that look like they have legitimate websites (like medsmex.com)?
