I drank 1 Tylenol 500mg then 4 hours later I drank 1 more, and now its been 11 hours since I’ve drank Tylenol. So is it okay to drink Amitriptyline now? Thanks.

So, I have a question, I’m being treated by my doctor for high blood pressure and anxiety. If I didn’t have insurance with a prescription discount plan, could I order these same medications online, without a doctor’s prescription? And, if so, how safe are they? I live in the United States.
