How do you figure out contact lense prescription from glasses prescription?

I have medicaid which doesn’t cover a contact lense exam. However, I do have my current glasses prescription. I would like to get contacts, which I can afford since they’re only about $30 for a year if you buy them online, but I can’t afford to pay for an exam to get my contact prescription. So how would I figure out my contact prescription from my glasses prescription? Thank you!

Please no responses about buying online (cannot get any medication into the country by post) or other places in the world where you can buy it (no use to me).
Especially please no “eww gross” comments. I am 28, extremely fit, don’t take any substances, live in Hanoi long term and I have erectile dysfunction due to diabetes.
If it is definitely prescription only, does anybody know a medical practice with English speaking doctors in Hanoi? Thanks

Obtaining prescripition drugs without a prescription

I’ve heard that people go to other countries such as Canada to buy prescription drugs without a prescription, as well as ordering prescription drugs online wihtout a prescription. What I do not understand is how and why it’s possible for people to just buy any prescription drug in Canada and why not in the US? I also do not understand how people are able to get away with ordering these drugs online wihtout a prescription and dont get caught? Wouldnt our government be able to easily track these people through the websites? (I saw various ones on google and even though they looked sketchy, I did not understand how they were up and running if people were really using these websites to get their drugs).
Can anyone clarify any of this? because it just does not seem to make sense to me
