I told him I have a headache and kindly asked him to please check the prescription on my new glasses and he told me it was pretty much my problem and that I shouldnt buy g;asses online. Is he allowed to do this?

Im interested in buying a new pair of eyeglasses. I saw a pair of Chanel eyeglasses. Do you know where I can buy a pair either online or a doctor? Has anyone done this before or is this silly? Very interested in designer prescription eyeglasses just unaware where to look or to trust the websites.
