My friend wants to buy some medication online, but he is not willing to go to the doctor since he needs to deal with all of the payments to the doctor and has to deal with insurance, etc… plus he is a very busy person
He wonders if he can just use the internet to buy the medication but he worries that it is illegal. Is there any possible way he can buy it online, or obtain a prescription online? He legitimately needs the medication.

There are sites where you fill out a form describing your condition and the site has a doctor write you a prescription and they send you the drugs. Obviously you can BS the form. Is this illegal on your part or is it only illegal for the doctor writing the prescription.
BTW: I AM NOT PLANNING ON ORDERING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS I AM JUST CURIOUS SO PLEASE ONLY ANSWER THE QUESTION BEING ASKED!!!

Has the FDA even said it is safe to buy prescription drugs online without a prescription from a medical doctor? Personally, I think the government should shut down online pharmacies that are selling prescription drugs without the necessity of having a prescription.
