I started taking it today and my doctor said it would kick in right away but I still have the same results as my over-the-counter drugs. And also, can I take the over-the-counter symptom reliever while I’m on the antibiotics?

Bactrims Effectiveness! How long will it take for my Bladder Infection to go away with Bactrim?

Im taking 1 dose 2x a day for 7 Days. Today is only my first day of taking it. Should I be seeing any improvement or is it too soon. Thank You!
I think I have less pain in the bladder area and the burning seems to have eased up.I still have the frequency but that may due to all the water Im drinking.
