Does Bactrim effect your menstrual cycles?

I took a short term of Bactrim, only 3 days. I know that you need to use a backup method of birth control, which I have been doing ever since. I did have unprotected sex with my partner the day before I started it but that is it.

I am concerned because I am on birth control and always get my period on the Tuesday after I finish my pack and I never did. I took a pregnancy test which was negative but I am still very worried.

Does Bactrim effect my menses at all?

I am on Bactrim for a UTI. I think I now have developed strep. Will the bactrim I am on treat it?

I have been on Bactrim for a UTI now for 4 days. I think I now have strep. I have a sore throat, white patches, ear pain and pain when swallowing. Will the Bactrim treat it or do I need a new antibiotic?

Would Pyridium, Cephalexin, and Bactrim used for UTI’s cause a false positive pregnancy test?

I took them for 10 days and got a positive pregnancy test about 10 days after I stopped taking them.
Pyridium is a painkiller for UTI’s and Cephalexin and Bactrim are antibiotics.

In the medication bactrim, is there any sulfer in it?

I am taking the medication, methatrexate and was told by my doctor not to take bactrim, I have been taking MSM, It has sulfer in it. does bactrim have sulfer in it?
Is there a difference in Sulfa and Sulfer?
