There are a few yahoo answers on here already that have asked this question although the answer given is not put into detail.
The question read “is it legitimate” and the answer simply read “yes”, without putting into detail any reasons as to why.
I want to see the written word of law that explains the legality of buying prescription medication online. Is it simply because this cannot be monitored, traced and stopped and because certain prescription medication isn’t of such a high risk that action should be taken?
Buy no prescription drugs online.

Perscription medicine bought online is typically bought through a third unregulated party, such as from India or England.
For example, I once bought Albuterol on the internet because it was much cheaper, I bought it from India. The FDA cannot regulate medication bought across the world, so this is why.
