I’ve been told that if you see “HTTP” in the url, it’s not so safe, however if you see “HTTPS” it’s secured. But what about all these other sites that are not listed as “HTTPS”? Has anyone ordered and got burned? If so, how? Does anyone order medicine and feels secure about their supplier?

NO. Don’t do it. God knows what kind of junk you’ll get–if you get anything at ALL.
If you need certain drugs, there are other ways of getting them. Chiropractors are a good source.
I have ever even considered buying medication this way. The “HTTPS” means the page is encrypted and so information like your credit card number should be transferred without any third party being able to snag it.
But I can’t help but think there are many disreputable people involved in this enterprise. When you get a medication, you can’t tell if it’s the real thing or just chalk.
And wouldn’t you need a prescription? How do they handle that?
Anyway, I’d say to stay away from this.
HTTPS is secured only for the payment online system, not all the page or catalog must have HTTPS on the url, but if you see HTTPS in your checkout or you are redirected to paypal for example, your credit card is safe.
I bought medicines online without any problem in this site:
http://www.comegetmeds.com/catalog
I use paypal without any problem and my medicine came on time.
Only non-controlled substances are available.
Hope this helps.
same question, same person asking so you get the same answer
HTTPS is a must whenever you are give you credit card number or any other personal information.
the catalog pages where you are picking what you want to buy do not have to be HTTPS
and if you are asking for a recommendation on a good site I can share the one I buy from which is called The-Med-Store.Com
hope this helps
