It is illegal to sell drugs without a prescription, not to buy them online. It is, however, illegal to buy prescriptions from Mexican or Canadian pharmacies. One of the perks brought to us by the Bush administration attached to the new medicare act from a few years ago.

It’s illegal and those websites are scams. They don’t really sell any prescription drugs. You give them your credit card information, they keep the money, and you get nothing. They get away with it because it’s illegal to buy prescriptions drugs online and you’re not going to report it because your breaking the law in the first place.

It depends on where you live. Most states frown upon it. Not to mention it unsafe to mix drugs you don’t know anything.

The state I live made itt illegal import drugs even with a valid perscription.

Under US law, it is illegal for a doctor to write you a prescription without actually examining you. Any action take with the intent of obtaining an illegal prescription is also illegal. Actually buying on-line with a legal prescription may be legal, but I don’t know how you could actually do it.

My mom did this succesfully for awhile to get controlled pain killers. My family reported her to her doctor who dropped her from the pain managment program she was on & she had to find a new doc. We were told under her circumstances not really illegal, cus they did give her a prescription BUT it violated the terms of the program she was on. They are currently working on ways to stop this form of abuse cuz it is wrong.
