How long do you have to use Amitriptyline for it to start working?

I have anxiety/depression and really bad insomnia. I was prescribed Amitriptyline to help me through it. I’ve heard that you have to take it for awhile though so your body can get in balance with it before it really starts working. If this is true, how long does one have to take them before they start being effective?

Buy no prescription drugs online.

…it usually takes about 2 weeks for a new anti-depressant to work fully!!!

Usually two weeks will let you know if they work or not. Side effects can come on from day one but try to work threw them if they are not life threatening because your body is adgusting to the meds and the side effects most likely will go away.
